Our front stairway was in a poor condition, concrete crumbling and cracking, with several layers of previous waterproof coatings peeling on the top. Justin from Flortek explained in detail the grinding and repair of the concrete necessary before the Flexstone product could be applied. He visited our place twice to provide coating samples and answer all our concerns. We were impressed with the speed and efficiency of the work done, plus the resulting curb appeal.
